La IE 3057 recibió la mayor asignación de fondos del MINEDU para su reparación. Este es el presupuesto asignado por el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF) al Ministerio de Educación (MINEDU) para la reparación de la infraestructura educativa de 60 colegios del distrito de Carabayllo de Lima Norte durante el año 2008.
Cabe resaltar que estos dineros generalmente se destinan durante los primeros meses del año a fin de que los alumnos puedan iniciar sus clases en las mejores condiciones. Por otra parte estas partidas no llegan directamente a las instituciones educativas sino que son administradas por el MINEDU y la UGEL 04.
